Beta Alpha Delta Fraternity, Incorporated is a non-collegiate LGBTQ fraternity founded in 2019 and rooted in the belief that community, unity, and shared purpose create lasting change. We are committed to building safe, affirming spaces where individuals are valued, supported, and empowered to thrive as their authentic selves.
Our organization was established on the principles of support, empowerment, and progress, and we strive to uplift our communities through service, advocacy, and collective action. We believe in the power of brotherhood, accountability, and connection to strengthen not only our members, but the communities we serve.

Our Mission
Beta Alpha Delta (B.A.D Brothas/Brothas of B.A.D.) strives to be the leading LGBTQ fraternity dedicated to personal growth and development in the midst of creating life-long bonds of brotherhood. Beta Alpha Delta will work to educate and promote healthy lifestyles for women and children of different sexual orientations. Beta Alpha Delta focuses on mentoring children and all individuals in need to provide guidance and support for those dealing with LGBTQ concerns. We are committed to the development of character, leadership and service in our local communities. We also strive to effect change in the LGBTQ community as a whole.
Our Purpose
The purpose of Beta Alpha Delta Fraternity, Inc. is to give masculine lesbian women a home within the Brotherhood of our organization. To establish a family at the forefront of our lives and to motivate our Brothas to grow into the L.I.G.H.T. while maintaining our individuality and personal morals. Beta Alpha Delta Fraternity, Inc. strives to build one another up, love one another wholly and pray with each other profusely. We uphold Trust and Loyalty as a Brotherhood to the highest standard, as well as taking PRIDE in engaging within our communities.
